When I went to pick up the vehicle, Kristen had all of my paperwork organized and ready to sign, the car had been freshly detailed, and had a full tank of gas. Kristen's depth of Toyota knowledge was unmatched and she was able to answer all of our questions, and give us further insight into the vehicle we purchased.
