I bought a Forester in 11/23. Not only did I LOVE that car but my God and my Subaru saved my life. The business manager Charles and Kristen knew my circumstances and bent over backwards to help me get into another vehicle. I have to have a few more surgeries again and I can assure you I will be back again for loaded Asent. They didn’t make me feel less than and made a horrible situation workable. My previous experience in November of 2023 was as equally amazing coming off the pandemic being a bedside RN in the ICU. All around wonderful experiences!!! My neighbor who brought me to the dealership to pick up my Crosstrek; the first thing I did was get a card from Kristen to give to her. She saw my totaled Subaru and couldn’t believe I was alive. They are buying a Subaru!! More
