Not sure if it was incompetence or apathy, but hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car salesperson. Rude and dismissive, talked down to my wife on several occasions, and didn’t seem particul the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car salesperson. Rude and dismissive, talked down to my wife on several occasions, and didn’t seem particularly interested in what was going on. If Brewster Subaru didn’t have the exact car we wanted, and we weren’t on a time crunch, we 10000% would have gone elsewhere. The experience was so comically bad that at multiple times we thought it was a prank. If you have a choice and the time - I’d consider going elsewhere. More
