Kris the salesperson didn’t seem too knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. When I entered the vehicle for the test drive it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Kris claimed that it wa the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. When I entered the vehicle for the test drive it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Kris claimed that it was he that was smelling like smoke which was not true. Kris and others at Jidd proceeded to apply a high pressured sales pitch in trying to sell me items such as GPS, Paint Shield, Etc. Which added nearly $9,000 to the out the door price that I requested. I was extremely clear on not wanting to purchase any of these items yet they persisted. Kris claimed that Jidd did a hundred-point inspection of the vehicle yet the front and rear sensors were not operational. When I brought this up to Kris he simply stated “Good thing the vehicle is under warranty.” There were way too many lies told here. Kris is an extremely poor salesman. He was more interested in me providing a positive review before I left the dealership than good customer service. If I wasn’t prepared and did my homework I would have been fully taken advantage of. If you are thinking about this dealership I would tread carefully. And by all means do not work with Kris. More
