**GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICE DONE I went in for the other half of my BOGO oil change by appointment. I asked if they could fill up my coolant and rotate my tires also and I’ll pay for those. in for the other half of my BOGO oil change by appointment. I asked if they could fill up my coolant and rotate my tires also and I’ll pay for those. 2.5 hours later I finally see my car. No one comes to contact me, so I approach another service representative and he was nice and helped me. He did comp the tire rotation because it took so long. I get home, the tire rotation clearly wasn’t done and my coolant wasn’t touched either. So, why did it take so long? I’m not even positive they did the oil change. Never going back again. They aren’t trustworthy to actually do the things they say they’re going to do. UPDATE 2/19/24. I take my car to a local mechanic, and shocker, my oil filter wasn’t tight so my car was leaking oil. Thanks for the top notch service Toyota. SMH. More

Didn’t negotiate the deal to buy a new truck at this dealership so I showed up, signed and picked up a truck. They were busy and didn’t have much time to talk about operating procedures. What pisses me off is I was sent home with a truck, $50,000 truck and no mat! So the mats listed on the factory invoice as a part of the vehicle is sold separately. $300 and a week later I will get mats which I have to purchase separately. The guy who sent an Uber for me didn’t bother to return my calls? Twenty years of my life spent in recruiting, marketing and sales and referrals imbedded in my head. Who in their right mind will refer anyone to these guys with this cheap, ghetto like gimmick? Not me Sir! More

I have had good luck with Camry’s so I wanted another one. Shortly after driving back to Michigan, the brakes started making noise and the wipers turned on randomly. Still no resolution. Today I made an appointment for the free oil change that came with buying the car. I called at 9:30 scheduler told me they were not busy and to come on in. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited for an hour and forty minutes for an Oil change. Unreal. I seriously do not recommend this dealership. That is unfortunate because I believe Toyota makes a good automobile. More

I do not recommend this store, I was deceived about the lease, I drive 150 miles a day and I told the salesman that. And the seller advised me to buy a Tacoma SR5 access cab, even though he knew that I dro lease, I drive 150 miles a day and I told the salesman that. And the seller advised me to buy a Tacoma SR5 access cab, even though he knew that I drove many miles a day and the car, because it was access cab, would not suit me due to my work. I was advised by the seller to do the lease so that my company's history would be good and then I would switch to a double cab Tacoma. "Without having any problems making this exchange." Today one year and two months with the Tacoma 47500 miles. Now to make this exchange, they are charging me another 9k dollars in difference to exchange for a new car. And that wasn't told to me. When I went to Toyota of Clermont, the salesman who sold me the Tacoma called his manager and he told me that the lease was not an option in my case, that I should not have bought it. The seller himself advised me to buy knowing that I drove 150 miles a day. saying that I wouldn't have any problems. I paid $3500 down payment, plus $475 per month, with now another $9,000.00 to add to the new car to be able to trade. I feel disgusted by this store and how dirty business is done there. Today the pay off for the Tacoma SR5 is $32,500 and they are offering $20,500 to $22,000. Look at the advice the manager of this store gave me: He asked me if I was going to buy a house in the next seven years, I said I didn't know, but that I was planning to. He told me that a solution in my case would be for me to return the car to the bank, the manager also said that before I returned the car to the bank, I would buy a new Tacoma double cab with them, because after I return This Tacoma I will no longer be able to buy another car because of my bad credit, the reason for the return. Now my situation is I can't sell the Tacoma SR5 access cab or exchange it for another car. I'm stuck in this lease More

On 02/01/2021 I bought a Toyota Clermont/Fl, a Toyota Corolla 2020 Title #0135827508, VIN JTDS4RCE8LJ028653. On the 11/03/2021th I took the car for maintenance of the 25,000 miles, everything went wel Corolla 2020 Title #0135827508, VIN JTDS4RCE8LJ028653. On the 11/03/2021th I took the car for maintenance of the 25,000 miles, everything went well at first, the oil was changed, the tires were rotated and the car was washed. Then I did the recommended maintenance in other places, and last month I decided to change the car at Toyota Jim Norton in Tulsa/OK, when they detected that the odometer had been Rollback. Until this day I did not know anything, when looking at the Carfax report it is clear that it was a maintenance error at the Toyota Clermont, as there is a maintenance at the Toyota Clermont on 12/26/2020 with the odometer 22.495. There would be no reason for me to take the car in for a 25,000 service if the odometer showed me less mileage than required for service. In contact with Carfax and Toyota Jim Norton of Tulsa, I was instructed to send this email so that you provide a letter reporting that this error was not mine, so that this error is repaired and I can do business with Toyota Jim Norton. More

Just left Toyota of Claremont…. Stay away the whole experience was a lot like a ponzi scheme. Sales person avoided answering questions or offering any incentives by Toyota. Intentionally made the purchase of car 10k more. My credit rating is 825+. And he said that keep making purchase unrealistic to pressure a lease. I wanted to put down between 8 to 10k and salesman insisted that I would need gap insurance. I am a resent college grad and salesman did mention incentives for grads or the 1.9% for 36months. Keep saying 8% finance rate. Then keep focusing on lease. Never listened to me. The product specialist know his job. Everyone else was rude and never valued the customer. You are NOT considered a VALUED CUSTOMER. Stay away from this dealership. Called to speak to management and the receptionist did not want me to speak to them asked for email. Waited on hold for 15 minutes and the only response was that they will speak to the team. The team at TOYOTA OF CLAREMONT is the Ponzi scheme team. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. Sad to say that the consumer is taking advantage to the current situation of purchasing a car. They don’t care at all!!! More
