We Assumed...and We Were Wrong! Wife & I "Assumed" our 3rd Ice Silver 3.6 Limited Outback came with "Eye Sight"...the 1st 2 did. We found out that it didn't 25 miles after leaving th Wife & I "Assumed" our 3rd Ice Silver 3.6 Limited Outback came with "Eye Sight"...the 1st 2 did. We found out that it didn't 25 miles after leaving the McLaughlin Dealership. We made a Frantic phone call to our salesman Kris Hutton who told us that only the Touring Limiteds come with Eye Sight standard. He said he would call us back. Now I know I should have checked this out before hand...but I thought I knew what I was doing...I "Assumed" I had everything in control. He called back said they would make it right...come on back to the lot. When we got back to the showroom Kris and the General Manager Dave Calvert welcomed us. Dave said that they had torn up all of todays paperwork and they had already found a Outback with Eye Sight at another dealership. They would go get the car, add the Remote start, window drip guards and interior lighting we had them had put on the current Outback and all we would owe is the Eye Sight difference. I told him how sorry I was to have caused all of this and he said No need to be, at McLaughlin we want to make sure our customers are happy...true to his word 1 week later we picked up the Outback I "Assumed" I was buying the week before...the staff was even joking about it with us. They went Above & Beyond in my book...I guess that's why I keep buying my Outbacks there. Telling them THANKS didn't seem like enough...because they deserve more. By the way you know what they say about "Assume"? Well this time for sure. HammerTime More

First Subaru Kris was great to work with and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. No pressure McLaughlin offered me the best price on a used car hands down, and the best part was the no hassle attitude of my Sales Associate Kris Hutton and Fina McLaughlin offered me the best price on a used car hands down, and the best part was the no hassle attitude of my Sales Associate Kris Hutton and Financial Manager Kelly Senatra. They let me take a generous test drive and went through the car's options, even set up my Bluetooth. They clearly explained the paperwork that was necessary and explained my options. Again - no hassle! It is very likely that I will go back there for my next car in 4 years. More

Purchased a 2018 Subaru Legacy - five star experience! I knew nothing about the Subaru until I ran into Pete a couple of months ago and he told me I should check this car out. I wanted a sedan so I went o I knew nothing about the Subaru until I ran into Pete a couple of months ago and he told me I should check this car out. I wanted a sedan so I went on line and looked up the Subaru Legacy. I was very impressed by all of the safety features and room that the Legacy offered. By the time I walked into McLaughlin, I pretty much knew what I wanted and was ready to buy a new Subaru Legacy. Kris Hutton couldn't have been nicer and was very helpful and responsive to all of the questions that I had and understood the features that I was looking for in a new car. Because the 2018's are so new, he searched everywhere to locate one that had all of the features that I wanted. He found one for me that was located in Missouri and it arrived in two days!! Both my husband and I commented this morning that in all of the years that we've been buying cars, Kris was probably the most knowledgeable and spent the most time with us going over all of the features of this car and made what could have been a stressful learning curve an easy one. Thanks, Kris, for a five star experience! More

After we agreed on the price Robert was awesome to work with doing the financing and service contract. Smoothest and easiest car purchase we have ever made. No high pressure from anyone.
