Brought my Nissan Armanda in for the known issue of the front drivers assist applying the bakes for no reason. The tech tried telling me that a bracket under the bumper was bent and needed to be replaced front drivers assist applying the bakes for no reason. The tech tried telling me that a bracket under the bumper was bent and needed to be replaced. I asked how a bracket could be bent without ant collisions or impacts to the bumper. He said they are very sensitive and it does not take much of a impact to bend them. This of course was not the truth. Will not be going back nor buying another Nissan. More

The service department had my car for 9 days when they told me it would take 1 day for the repair. They said they didn’t have a loaner so I got a ride from my husband home . I dropped the car off Monday told me it would take 1 day for the repair. They said they didn’t have a loaner so I got a ride from my husband home . I dropped the car off Monday and had to call to see what was going on Wednesday. They had a loaner then that was dirty, 1/4 tank of gas a warning that the tires were low. They put air in the tire and I was on my way. They said they would call Thursday or Friday and did not . Everytime I called they had no idea what was going on with the car. When I finally talked to the supervisor he said they had to order another part and it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. The air light came on again so I had to go back in to get a loaner that I was told are hard to come by. This one smelled like a wet dog. I finally got a call Tuesday (day 9) that the car was done at 10:00. They had to do the paperwork and said I couldn’t come in to get it until after 4. They did apologize for the time it took but didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. I had to ask for a free oil change . I told them on day one I needed an oil change which I confirmed was done when I called . They said yes but as I was leaving they chased me out to give me a sticker for the oil change they forgot to put on which means they didn’t really have the oil change done like they said so it’s a good thing I asked. This experience was a cluster and extremely inconvenient especially since my job is sales and my car is my office. I also don’t think I should have to manage my repair by repeatedly calling in to see what is going on, repeatedly have to go back for disgusting loaners and checking in to make sure they did everything I requested on day 1. More
