When calling to set up service of my vehicle, I specifically requested a price quote for a key fob and programming of the unit on the phone. I was quoted a total of $97 which seemed to be online wi specifically requested a price quote for a key fob and programming of the unit on the phone. I was quoted a total of $97 which seemed to be online with a quote I had received from a private locksmith for 125 so I agreed to the service, I dropped my vehicle off the service took a little over one hour at which time when I picked my vehicle up I was surprised to hear the total be close to $560. I discussed the situation with the service representative Kolton he made a military allowance for me to give me a reduction, but the price still was over $500 , I was deeply unsatisfied at having been quoted an initial price and then to have a significant price increase when the service was actually completed unfortunately for me I did not get a written estimate prior to having this work done, but this appears to be a bait and switch tactic More

The customer service was horrible! I was assigned 4 Customer Reps (Johnny, Madi, Kayla and Jeff), before Kolton. My calls weren’t returned and I had to go in to check the status of my I was assigned 4 Customer Reps (Johnny, Madi, Kayla and Jeff), before Kolton. My calls weren’t returned and I had to go in to check the status of my vehicle several times. My vehicle sat for over a month before someone informed me it was ready. The battery was dead when I picked it up, the work was not completed and my remote start did not work afterwards (which it worked before). A part was ordered to fix my vehicle, but it was the wrong one, so my vehicle sat at Corwin for almost 2 months. Finally got my vehicle back and the remote start still doesn’t work, but the other issue was resolved. Corwin has had my vehicle in their possession more in the last 9 months than I have. The experience was awful. I just want it fixed! More
