Luke, We certainly apologize that this service visit took longer than normal. That certainly is not our intention. I agree, the oil change should take about 15 minutes, but add the tire rotation, complete vehicle inspection and the car wash and those additional things all add time. We also noticed some things on your vehicle that we thought you should be aware of, and getting estimates together added some more time. You are still correct, 1.5 hours for the service that we performed is not acceptable, and we apologize for that. We strive to be the best of the best each and every day, but occasionally we get overwhelmed with work and that’s gets away from us. You have serviced your truck with us for years, and we certainly appreciate being your service provider of choice and will focus on being better going forward.
