Complete joke! No deposits on used car to hold! Biggest joke was talked to Internet Manager and told him I would be in after lunch, this was Thursday. Have him wh No deposits on used car to hold! Biggest joke was talked to Internet Manager and told him I would be in after lunch, this was Thursday. Have him what I was putting down (17.000.00) and credit info so everything would be set up. He and salesman was away I had knee replacement on Monday, might have to sign paperwork in my car. Said they would accommodate! Within 30 mins contacted by sales person to inform the sold the truck. Basically nothing was going to happen unless I was physically there. Their business they can do what they want. Usually manufactures are picky on who is representing them. Is Toyota desperate?? More

Klinton Kueter was amazing, the rest of the dealership as a whole, was a complete let down. First, why so many positive reviews(?), because as a business practice, they ask you to review them during your ca a whole, was a complete let down. First, why so many positive reviews(?), because as a business practice, they ask you to review them during your car purchase while you are happy and waiting for financing. Not a one of these positive reviews have either had a problem after the sale, or followed back up, if they did. Overall, Shottenkirk Toyota has been a problematic to deal with after the sale. I have made 7-8 calls over three weeks to discuss an undisclosed discrepancy with the used car I purchased, getting up to two different Sales Managers. Once there, all promised callbacks were neglected. I asked for the GM's info only to be told his number was "unavailable", what?! Barry Schwerdt, if you read this, your entire sales team needs some serious customer service training on call back etiquette and follow through. You, as a GM, should never be "unavailable" to me as a customer. I have no idea if your sales managers are trying to shield you from customers and you are unaware, or you intentionally prefer no to get involved, when requested. As a busy professional, I just don't have the time to play the usual "used car dealership" games - I had hoped you guys were different...you, unfortunately, were not. More
