What an absolute pleasure. After having a horrible experience at Nissan and a current Nissan customer I stopped by Ford Country. Let me say that Marvin Gomez is absolutely and by far the best sales consultant I have ever had in my lifetime. His complete transparency, ability to listen and take my needs and concerns into account was amazing. It was the smoothest buying experience. I just can’t say enough. The whole entire process from A-Z was amazing. I will highly recommend Ford Country and Marvin to my 900+employees and will definitely be a repeat buyer. Thank you very much. More

Kirsten is hands down the friendliest, generous, and most thoughtful person I have ever dealt with at any business. I do not know her personally, so this is a genuine review. She really got me out of a bin thoughtful person I have ever dealt with at any business. I do not know her personally, so this is a genuine review. She really got me out of a bind. From the manager in service to Jose service writer. Never met two people that could lie so much this company without a doubt should close. They don't stand behind their work. I had car Shield took it there t met two people that could lie so much this company without a doubt should close. They don't stand behind their work. I had car Shield took it there to get to work done. Three alternators later I finally got it running is carshield sucks. I was told I had two year warranty on the alternator. But I didn't have warranty parts and labor on a water pump. I was so livid being there on Monday if you were standing in front of me when I left I probably would have ran your xxx over. Wish manager and service writer ever. When a service writer came out at the very end when my car pulled up I don't think I've ever dropped so many f-bombs in my life I wonder how they're staying in business Without A Doubt the crappiest Ford dealership I've ever had to deal with. Go back 5 months ago I gave him great reviews I hope lightning strikes because karma is a b****. You want a smog $48 go anywhere in town and get one for less than 20. That's just one example how they like to rip people off. More

Don't trust this dealership I wish I had read these reviews before bring my Mustang to this dealership to have the Takata Airbags replaced due to a recall. They broke my key and I wish I had read these reviews before bring my Mustang to this dealership to have the Takata Airbags replaced due to a recall. They broke my key and now the car won't start and they want to charge me 500 bucks to give me a new key and reprogramming. I am beyond blown away at how poorly they have treated us. I can't trust the work they did on the airbags now and this car is a gift for my granddaughter. More
