Friendly, Respectful Most dealerships are the same, as they will do what they need to sell a vehicle. I have visited quite a few in the area and test driven many makes & Most dealerships are the same, as they will do what they need to sell a vehicle. I have visited quite a few in the area and test driven many makes & models. Jenkins Hyundai personnel didn't balk or make sexist remarks when I went in alone or treat me as if I couldn't make the decision alone. I have actually had a salesman ask me to bring my husband in-I'm a widow. He did not sell me a vehicle. One guy made a sexist comment that he thought was funny. I replied, "You really don't want or need my business." He did not sell me a vehicle either. I am a 20 year veteran of the USAF. I have always had my own income. Jason was respectful, nice, asked me questions, didn't try to change my mind or opinions...he just went with it. It was his to lose. He sold me a vehicle. My mechanic recommended the Hyundai Santa Fe, so I was going to buy depending on how I was treated. Thanks, Jason! More

Very straight forward experience. We had a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe which we had purchased new. We were in the dealership for service on the vehicle. Mr. Green offered to show us the Ca We had a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe which we had purchased new. We were in the dealership for service on the vehicle. Mr. Green offered to show us the CarFax for our car which led to possible options of a replacement vehicle. Mr. Green showed us the possible change from buying a new vehicle to leasing one. He broke down the charges as a purchase compared with a lease. The lease was from a dollar calculation more attractive. Jimmie also told us about the improved features on the 2018 Santa Fe as we took a test drive. As a result we leased a new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe trading in the 2103 we had brought in for service that morning. While the Financing was being done, we moved to Accessories with Ray Morales. He explained the benefits of the various packages, and we opted for the window treatment, the bonding and extended tinting for the upper windshield. Jimmie then introduced us to Mike Sofka who told us to call or come in if we have any questions about the electronics package on Tuesday 9 to 5. He had to go back to the customer he was working with. Then we met with Kim Crews who explained the need to accurately complete the surveys. These do not come from the dealership. We then proceeded to Mark in Finance. He filled out the paperwork, had us sign our lives away Mark presented all of the maintenance options to us and we chose the one that would best meet our needs. He took care of setting up our new account., H also got us our new Florida registration. We provided him with our warranty package from the old car so we could get our refund. He advised us to contact Sirius and BLUELINK to cancel our existing contracts on the old car. Jimmie was with us through the entire process guiding us and introducing us to all of the players. He has provided his cell phone number with instructions to call at any time. More
