I grew up in Enterprise, attended Chapman High School and the Academy of Hair Design. After serving as a cosmetologist for many years, in 1994 I joined the auto industry. I have 2 grown sons, a step-daughter and 6 beautiful grand children. We enjoy getting together with them as much as possible! My husband, Max farms in Lincoln, Ks. Among many hobbies, my favorites are cooking, reading and quilting; especially making miniatures. I love to "Quilt Shop Hop" where I also look for new restaurants and unique tourist attractions. I very much enjoy meeting and greeting our new customers and also seeing familiar faces of the community. It's very rewarding to be a part of the process of meeting the needs of our clients through their vehicles, whether it be through purchase, repair or rental. Met our really tough needs. We were in Arizona for the winter and I decided I wanted a new car. My son who works at the gm plant in kansas city told me we should try to get one b We were in Arizona for the winter and I decided I wanted a new car. My son who works at the gm plant in kansas city told me we should try to get one before the end of the year and it was already december 20, and we had a two day drive to get back home. I have bought my vehicles from Jeff and Matt Holm for years. They did not have what we wanted, and Jeff found one 75 miles away, but that dealership was closed Sat,sun & Mon.24,25,26. They contacted the dealer on Tuesday and had the car for us on Wednesday.we were told the title application would be mailed to us within the next 10-14 days, and we told them we had to have it that day because we had to head back to Arizona Thursday morning because there was freezing rain coming to our route on Saturday and we needed to get the car registered before we left, because we would not be back home until March.. By the time we had all the paperwork done and we're shown the operating functions of the car, we had our title. All the Holms personnel we dealt with were awesome. More

I wouldn't think of going elsewhere! Although things took a little longer than I expected, this is the only place I would go. I never thought I would trust a Car Salesman, I do trust this one. Eric always seems to know what my needs are and I never hesitate to make my 'wants' known! Everyone I've met is friendly, even the few newcomers! One knows when people enjoy their work! They are able to go home at night and feel like they helped someone; rather than going home and feeling like they've only climbed the corporate ladder! Thank you all for continuing to stay there. You make it so much easier than it was before I met you. More

Great people We broke down with a Dodge Motorhome and even though they could not assist us with the repairs they helped in everyway possible to call others, put th We broke down with a Dodge Motorhome and even though they could not assist us with the repairs they helped in everyway possible to call others, put the computer code sensor on the unit to help diagnose the issues and showed a strong caring attitude about our dilemma as strangers from miles away . This even though we would never buy a car from them because of our distance . There was nothing to gain but to help those in need. We interrupted their busy day with no promise of any revenue but they stopped and helped. Chuck Loader, Kim Bacon, and Pat McGee were all caring and helpful until we got on our way. A Cut Above Dealership From the time I walked in the door, I found the staff to be attentive: they offered a friendly chat, refreshment and escorted me to wherever I needed From the time I walked in the door, I found the staff to be attentive: they offered a friendly chat, refreshment and escorted me to wherever I needed to be. Jeff Stephens, the consultant was very patient and informative as I was considering a 2014 Buick LaCrosse. This was very much needed since I had my last car for fifteen years (left to me by my father), a 1990 Cadillac. Much has changed since that wonderful car was built. I traded it in but after doing so, found I needed to get it back within hours of making the trade for a friend who wanted my car. The Manager, who I think may have been Matt Holm, re-worked the paperwork with no addl administrative fees, tho I offered. Mr. Stephens tutored me on all the features of the car as the paperwork was drawn up. Again, very much needed and appreciated and I did feel that I knew my car by the time I left the dealership. This belated review is intentional as sales is one thing but long-term service, in my mind, is what distinguishes one dealership from another. More

Service That Does Not Disappoint Since the purchase of my car in Aug 2015, I returned to Holm's to retrieve my traded in car (see earlier review re sales), for two oil changes, key fo Since the purchase of my car in Aug 2015, I returned to Holm's to retrieve my traded in car (see earlier review re sales), for two oil changes, key fob replacement, reprogramming part, body work, and a recall. An important note is that I live in Manhattan 18 miles NE of my job site and Holm's is further west by 26 miles. They replaced a fog light without charge which they felt they should have caught when prepping the car for sale when I came back to retrieve my trade-in. At one point, one of the receptionists went out of her way to help me get my insurance paperwork from my agent. They had a loaner available for me when I had oil changes/reprogramming so I could visit family in Salina (if I wanted to) and offered to get my car to me in Salina. They met me at my job site before and after work for any of the other work they did for me. They replaced the spare key fob which we had not noticed was not a Buick key fob without charge. When programming the key fob an error code came up. They did not say anything at the time but simply ordered the part then called me up to let me know about the part which could affect my air conditioner later down the line and explained the error code did not appear at the time they prepped the car for sale and made good on what needed to be done without charge. I thought that was great when you consider that my air conditioner could simply have gone down and I would not have any the wiser. Dede in the body shop was equally accommodating with working around what was convenient for me and ensured I had a loaner car for the time it took to do the paint job. When I have chosen to go to the dealership and wait while having my car serviced, the staff has consistently been as attentive as when I first walked in the door in 2015 (not only attentive to me but to everyone who happens to be in the waiting area as their vehicles are being serviced. Though taking care of one's car might ordinarily be high on one's list as a fun thing to take care of, it is a pleasant experience when you go to Holm's.....they even have free wi-fi. After more than a year of interaction with Holms, I think they have been very consistent with their service and taking care of their customers after the initial sale. Last, but certainly not least: Greg in Service makes you feel like you walked into the bar in an episode of Cheers.....big smile AND he knows your name. More

Superior Service Department I have purchased my equinox from the dealer ship in 2012. I have taken it back for routine services. Jamie Avers had detected an issue with my vehicle and explained to me I detail what had happened and that it was under warranty. I live 45 miles away so he allowed me to take a rental car home for the weekend. Everyone has always treated me with a warm welcome, honesty and respect. More

Not pushy, they stay within the price range you ask for! It was a great experience. I had several bad experiences at other dealerships in the area. Eric was wonderful and kept me posted on new vehicles that came in that I might be interested in. He LISTENED to me and didn't try to push me over my price range (like all the others did). He found me the best deal possible and I am LOVING my purchase. Pat did a wonderful job with the financing. He took a hunch and it saved me a lot of money. The front desk gals always greeted me with a smile and great direction. I highly recommend them both! Great dealership! More
