Buying experience This is the second new vehicle I’ve purchased at Daytona Toyota Its all ways a good experience I really enjoy doing business at this dealership Love This is the second new vehicle I’ve purchased at Daytona Toyota Its all ways a good experience I really enjoy doing business at this dealership Love the lifetime power train warranty they offer Are saleswoman Ikram was the best so far She really worked hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted Also she is very pleasant to work with with that being said I did not appreciate salesman Damien trying to push Ikram out of the deal just because he happened to talk to my wife about a totally different vehicle 3 weeks prior to are visit He tried taking credit for her hard work That really upset me and my wife I would not recommend dealing with Damien he is a sneaky liar Telling the sales manager we were talking the day before Well it wasn’t the day before it was three weeks prior He even tried taking some of the commission on a vehicle he had no part in selling So other than him and his lies and deceptive practices Daytona Toyota is a wonderful place to do business with More

Generous Service M.s Ikram is the most excellent sales woman i have ever met, i came in 2017 to find a truck which could fit my finances and current life needs- BAM, M.s Ikram is the most excellent sales woman i have ever met, i came in 2017 to find a truck which could fit my finances and current life needs- BAM, a great tacoma with the valuable necessities i needed each and every day were instantly fit!! when i came back and said I need a reliable transportation car, BOOM! she hits me with a beautiful eco-friendly Corolla iM. Very knowledgeable of the mechanics of vehicles, did not YES me to get the sale, she outright would say "Girl, theres no way you can get the 1964 tundra you came with in mind. BUT!" and wouldnt try to upsell a more expensive, or bottom barrel accommodation. She honestly did her best each time i came into Daytona Toyota, which is what will continue to bring my sales to her when i need a new vehicle or upgrades. ILOVEIKRAM@DAYTONATOYOTA~~!! also! The best experience you can ask for. I have been looking around with the assistance of USAA for a car throughout the central Florida region. USAA car sales provided my contact information to Adam Bullock and he courteously called me. He was kind and attentive. Adam is not the stereotypical car sales man. Instead of trying to push me to buy a car that I was not looking for, he went the extra mile to find the vehicle I was looking for. The dealer did not have the Highlander Hybrid in stock, but they were able to special order it and have it in less than 3 business days. Adam is fully capable of meeting new situations head-on and applying himself in a highly resourceful manner to meet the needs of his clients. In addition, he is always available to answer any questions the customer might have. Adam is a superstar and he has a bright future. Promote him now to sales management!!!!!! DJ assisted in the sale and he worked with my case diligently in a meticulous accurate manner with a high sense of personal responsibility to satisfy my needs.
