This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff was very positive, welcoming, helpful, and willing to work with me. The sales lady, Kia was awesome. She went over and beyond to take care of us, get us what we wanted, checked on us throughout the process, and is just the best at her job! She cares about the customer. This dealership doesn't just care about selling their vehicles, they actually care about making the customers happy and satisfied. delivering on the jenkins promise has fallen short. Contacted service and have been given the run around. they hound you to make a sale, but when it time for something to be addressed, you get dodged. More
