We left and took the time to talk privately about which car was best for us. When we returned to the dealer and advised Kevin of our decision, he quickly processed our paperwork. Caren wolford and Kevin Wylie were the most helpful employees. They went out of their way to help me in anyway. I always felt welcomed at carfagno whenever I came into the dealership. I was waiting for to see if there was a suv out there like the one I wanted and while I was waiting I saw the new chevy volt in there parking lot. I ask Caren wolford if I could drive one and she said defintly I could. While Caren was looking Kevin Wylie took me out for a test drive. I really appreciated that. They didn't have to do that. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and very helpful. I especially enjoyed working with Kevin Wylie, Caren Wolford, and Susan Ellis. I never felt pressure, and I know I was given a good deal. And I also was pleasantly surprised with a good financing rate. Kevin was very helpful in explaining all the features of the Sonic, setting up my Bluetooth connectivity and OnStar trial, and working with both my insurance company and the car rental agency. Susan did a great job in helping me receive the generous GM Card “top-off” incentive. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others who are in the market for a new automobile. More

I had an excellent experience working with Kevin and Carfagno Chevrolet!! My friend had recommended Kevin to me and we did most of the work over the phone so that when I came in, all I had to do was si Carfagno Chevrolet!! He was very patient with me and provided all of the information that I needed to ensure that I got a new car that very day. He looked at all of the different offers and really took my needs into consideration when getting me my car. He was also able to get a car for less a month than I was anticipating spending! It is a little bit of a drive away from me to get to the company, but after my wonderful experience I won't mind making the drive there for all of my service needs and when my lease is up - a new Chevrolet from Carfagno!! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. More
