I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Mr. Toueg at our purchase and we got a really good deal with a great price, a factory rebate, and a low financing rate. I had a minor problem with an engine light and I thought the service department did a outstanding job fixing the problem. I highly recommend Criswell. Im very happy with my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
