Service outstanding MDX broke down and had towed to Duval Acura. Talked to Kevin to explain problem (multiple messages about engine), he gave suggestions and said to ha MDX broke down and had towed to Duval Acura. Talked to Kevin to explain problem (multiple messages about engine), he gave suggestions and said to have it towed in. He was very helpful and accommodating. Software updated and was able to pick up next day. Excellent service. More

Warning light Had unusual electric charging light. Duval ran diagnostics and loaded a software patch. No further work required Was able to make an immediate ap Had unusual electric charging light. Duval ran diagnostics and loaded a software patch. No further work required Was able to make an immediate appointment to resolve issue. As always, Duval personnel treated me very professionally and courteously. They were very interested in resolving my issue and were very willing to listen to my issue. As is always the case, Kevin in service department was extremely efficient, professional and very courteous. Kevin is never in a hurry but always listens and discusses my issue. Kevin always discusses my issue until he understands my issue thoroughly. I am owner of 2 Acura's and have never allowed anyone to provide service but Duval. Kevin is a big reason for this decision as I have confidence in his ability to understand my issues. More
