Worst dealership experience ever! Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied to me about the bank, about the numbers, and about the scam warranty that was "included". Be warned, this place is a fraud. They will lie to you about everything and steal your money after dragging their feet to pay your loan off. They owe me money on the loan payoff amount difference. They paid a different amount than what was on the sales contract. Turned off the check engine light without doing any repairs, and said they fixed it. Not true. They even lied about the bank and interest rate. This is not okay. Don't even call them. Avoid at all cost. Even if they have your perfect vehicle. They are participating in fraud. More

I really just want info on who to ACTUALLY speak to in regards to a car sold that didn't pass emissions the 2nd I drove off the lot. I've been calling and getting hung up on. Car is at Sharpest Rides Service center it is June 13th... The car has been at the service center since April 27th. Every date given to me about being able to pick up the car has turned into 'we found another issue so instead it will be this date'. I'm not rich I have a family to support and I'm making payments on a car I can't drive. Can someone from sharpest rides please help. I got an email to send issue to however this email is not in use. Is there another way??? Please help! More

Do not buy from here most employees are super rude and are knowingly selling cars with problems and when u try to fix a problem they will tell u its not there problem basically and they won't fix the iss are knowingly selling cars with problems and when u try to fix a problem they will tell u its not there problem basically and they won't fix the issue More

if i could give zero stars i would.. i financed a vehicle alomst six months ago and i still dont have the title so now i am paying on a vehicle i cant even drive and when i call sharpest rides to get an answ alomst six months ago and i still dont have the title so now i am paying on a vehicle i cant even drive and when i call sharpest rides to get an answer i get the run around or they blame covid .. i have four kids i need my vehicle and so now im in a really bad situation and worst part is i still have no soultion More
