I had a good experience every time I dealt wit Audi. The service manager, John Hanson, was very helpful when asked questions. Service department continues to disappoint. Part on order, which was to repair a prior mangled job by the service department, and was to be installed while I waited, was damaged and unusable. Yet more order, which was to repair a prior mangled job by the service department, and was to be installed while I waited, was damaged and unusable. Yet more delay while we wait for a replacement. They also stared blankly at the steering column adjuster switch, which had become lodged inside the cowling, stating it wasn't a warranty issue, without offering to put back into place. My father took a look and fixed in 5 minutes. More
