Great Experience I purchased a new 2019 Ford Explorer from Ian Stegman (new car sales) awesome guy. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the perfect ve I purchased a new 2019 Ford Explorer from Ian Stegman (new car sales) awesome guy. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the perfect vehicle. He was great, very friendly and even gave us vouchers to have lunch there and by the way was pretty good. I ordered some running boards and weather tech mats from Kevin McKinnon (after market director). Shawn in (vehicle delivery and technology) was great and set-up everything for me. I noticed some scratches on the vehicle and Shawn setup the appointment for me. I also met with Lyndi Sage-Walker (Shawn's boss) and she had arranged for a loaner car that was ready for me when I dropped mine off. Picked up my car and it had been detailed and topped off with fuel. Wonderful buying experience. More

When I woke up Monday morning(04/22/19),I knew I had to say a prayer because the anxiety and fear of buying a new vehicle was haunting me like the pla When I woke up Monday morning(04/22/19),I knew I had to say a prayer because the anxiety and fear of buying a new vehicle was haunting me like the plague!But thanks to a friend's recommendation,I called Ken Riley up at Planet Ford in Humble and who knew less than two hours later,I would be driving off in a new car! He was so calm and cool until even sitting there going through the purchasing details,I could feel my stress level subsiding. Ken is a God send and I appreciate the fact that he listened to my needs over just trying to make a sale.I left PLanet Ford extremely satisfied! More

Tiny Discount, unaffordable $588 mo payment with my insurance at $205 mo. It Hurts!!, because I paid too much for this F-150. Veterans are on a budget and this was a slap in the face.
