During the pandemic, our family was growing and it was a challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom challenge for us to know what car was a fit for us. Especially post pandemic where cars are limited. I'm skeptical when it come to Sales guy but Tom has proven that he can be. He treated me more than a transaction and a number on his quota. He was very communicative, helped us focus on our needs more than wants, and most importantly, we never felt pressured. The only problem I found about during our experience with Tom was that everyone else wants the same great experience he delivers so you have all of his time (That might be our personal problem though). If I had to describe Tom in a word, it would be consultant. He always has your best interest in mind and will help you over come challenges. Thanks for an amazing 4 months experience, will definitely stay in touch and buy from Tom again. Also thanks to Subaru Superstore of Chandler for enabling him to do his great work. A dealership with no xx or gimmicks. More

Left a different dealer (Auto Nation Subaru) after getting low-balled on my trade in. Got a fair price for my trade in and a great deal on a new Subaru. My fiancé and I went in on a Sunday to look at a used car they had. We met Kevin Landers when we walked in. We were pleased from start to finish dealing with Kevin. Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, and best of all there was absolutely 0 pressure from him. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and let us browse and test drive without trying to just sell us the whole time. Thorough, and good pricing Subaru superstore was awesome. They helped me by updating my radio (I didn't know it needed an update) and they fixed my oil drain plug for cheap. I got an oil change, wheel alignment and a few other things done that i thought would cost in the 200 range but they saved me a good chunk of change. I walked out only paying 115. These guys are great and have great customet service. Thanks Subaru team. More
