Be very careful when dealing with Kevin. He is dishonest and does not know how to handle mine and other people personal information. While he was dealing with my contract, he had another person contract wit and does not know how to handle mine and other people personal information. While he was dealing with my contract, he had another person contract with their personal information on it laying on his desk (this should have been a red flag for me). Something went wrong with my loan and I specifically told him to stop running my credit. Yet, he still did the day of and after speaking with him. I told him w.e the outcome is if you need to take the car back or not. DON’T keep running my credit. I’ve called him and left a voicemail because I was getting notification that his running my credit once again. No answer. I had to call the front desk, spoke to several people. Spoked with Ernie, no help, they all run together. Oh and they could not give me corporates number because they just don’t have it. Kevin is unprofessional and will just hang up on you when he knows his wrong for running my credit a week after without my consent. More

David Morgan is the definition of a Great car salesman. I wish my physician had his bed side manor. I understand there are a great number of wonderful people that help us get into the cars of our dreams. Dav wish my physician had his bed side manor. Kevin was just as wonderful and I never ever felt pressured to buy anything during my two purchases that week in August. Wow! Where do I start. I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra and was only given 1 key! 1 key! Expected more from Lexus. Used or not 2 keys should have been a minimum for a 60k truck! Not to mention calling and leaving only given 1 key! 1 key! Expected more from Lexus. Used or not 2 keys should have been a minimum for a 60k truck!
