I went to another Mazda dealer first and didn’t like the service because no one followed up with me. In contrast, Keith in Tustin was informative and professional. He answered all my questions and helped me service because no one followed up with me. In contrast, Keith in Tustin was informative and professional. Because of him I was able to work rather than sit at the dealer unnecessarily for hours. The result is that I have a car I love- the cooling seats being one of my favorite features.
