Michael Norell was EXCELLENT and went above & beyond to get us into the car we wanted. Personable, knowledgeable and professional. We drove an hour from upstate NY to visit this dealership and it was worth get us into the car we wanted. Personable, knowledgeable and professional. I wrote a review back in March. Wow! Things have changed. Horrible customer service now that I have the car in my possession. They couldn't identify mechanical problems so I had to get my own mechanic, and p Horrible customer service now that I have the car in my possession. They couldn't identify mechanical problems so I had to get my own mechanic, and pay over $300. Yes, I bought a warranty, but it didn't cover my repairs. There's also $500 deductible with said warranty. But, Kia mechanic claimed the car was fine. I still have problems that need to be fixed. Kia won't help me. Yes, I bought the car as is, but, you didn't include the basics? What kind of place is this? Your mechanics can't recognize basic problems? Kevin Davis actually yelled at me on the phone! Do Not Go Here. This place is full of scammers. I mean sale people. They took advantage of a single mother during a pandemic. Shame on all of you More

I never thought I'd be buying a car. I definitely never thought that I'd be financing a car. I haven't driven in years, or owned a car. I have a 17 year old son though, and he of course wanted a car. Livin thought that I'd be financing a car. I haven't driven in years, or owned a car. I have a 17 year old son though, and he of course wanted a car. Living in Connecticut, we also need a car. My credit isn't the greatest, I'm working on it, and I've never had car insurance. I was a mess! But, people that I work with were able to get cars thanks to Kevin. Kevin worked some kind of magic, because we have a car! A nice car at that. He worked with me, and didn't oversell me at all. I was firm at what I could spend, and what I wanted my payments to be. Kevin respected me, most importantly, he respected my son as well. He really hooked us up. He made sure we had a full tank, and that the car was shampooed inside, and out. It's a fantastic car. A safe car. He even helped me get a great rate on car insurance. I can't thank Kevin, and everyone at Kia Danbury for their fairness, patience, and respect. More
