Kevin, at the service department, is superb. He listens to the client’s concerns and needs. He accommodates where necessary, keeps you informed of service status when your car goes in. He explains in detai to the client’s concerns and needs. He accommodates where necessary, keeps you informed of service status when your car goes in. He explains in detail any necessary work needed to be done to the vehicle. He returns client’s calls promptly. I drive 25 miles to Herb Chamber Lexus of Hingham, even though there is a Lexus dealership 3 1/2 miles away from where I reside. The staff in general is very helpful, respectful, eager to assist, even when you are not assigned to their roster. More
