It had been many years since I made my last car purchase so I had a lot of questions regarding financing, trades and especially the concept of "pre-owned" certified. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and never made me feel like I was asking a "stupid" question. I ended up deciding that I wanted to buy a different brand of car. I explained to Kevin I felt a four wheel drive car would really be better for me. He referred me to another salesman, and followed up twice after that to make sure I had made the connection and to see if I had any further questions. I was impressed how he handled the entire process. He was very professional and he seemed very sincere in wanting to help me find the car that was the right match for me. More
