Came in about 30 mins prior to my appt. They were able to get started in my vehicle right away. I was surprised and delighted to discover an updated lounge area which now includes a work They were able to get started in my vehicle right away. After over an hour and a half of waiting for my car, I walked to service desk and he said he had a salesman come to get a customer into a rental and he had no choice but to make me wait.
