I started working with Myles over the phone in November because of my situation I needed to get some insight on how I should handle even though I wasn’t quite ready to purchase. When I was ready to move forward I text him and he was on a cruise however he text me back and made an appointment to meet me upon his return. While I didn’t get the vehicle that I came in for not because he didn’t try to make it work I ended up with my second choice wish is just as nice. Thank you Myles for all your help!! More

Ended up paying over $46000 on a vehicle with an MSRP sticker of less than $35000. Original price was in excess of $48000. Some negotiation went down to $46992. If there was a buyers remorse law for vehicles in Nevada, I would have cancelled the deal and look for another vehicle. This is corporate greed to the fullest, don't know how you sleep at night. I had had an accident with my 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid during the UAW strike. It wasn't easy finding another new car just like the one I had. I had contacted every Honda dealership in Utah and three in Las Vegas. I spoke to Eddie Close who had two 2024 in the CR-V Hybrids in the color that I wanted! I told him I would be out the next day to buy one! I worked with his associate, Jafet Cruz who was so helpful and considerate in explaining everything to me, and they even gave me a great deal during this hard time of buying a new car. I am giving both Eddie and Jafet 5 stars for helping me as they did! Thank you, guys! More
