I have been with Uftring Subaru since 1995, and am originally from East Peoria. I now live in Washington. I have a lovely wife and four kids. My interests include Mustangs. Easy buying experience We were very pleased with the staff at Uftring Automall. As our Sales Consultant, John was helpful throughout the buying process. He located the vehicle we wanted quickly and answered all of our questions. If John was not available Kenyon was able to help and kept John updated. When our vehicle arrived I was out of town. Chris sent the paperwork with complete instructions and a return envelope overnight so that my wife could take delivery. This has been one of our best buying experiences. We will choose to work with John and the Uftring team on our next purchase. More

Ivan and Kenyon found exactly what I was looking for in an Escape. I wanted a certain exterior, interior, and all of the "good" options--ie sun roof and power seats! (I am a rather short gal). I love my new Escape and would certainly recommend your dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Ivan was SO HELPFUL! He answered all of the questions I had asked him about even the small things--turn signals, wiper blades, etc.!! I have always driven a Ford --ever since I got my drivers license at the age of 16. This was a great experience and have had several friends come by and look at my new Escape! Maybe they will come up there and buy one too!!! Arlene Flury More
