It was a pleasure working with Kenny Marke in purchasing our 2024 Chevy Trax. It was a long process and he made sure we were comfortable and offered coffee/water on several occasions. He was very personable and I felt he fully understood our needs. My only complaint was with Jesse Holovacko, General Sales Manager. During the negotiations, he refused to provide a detailed printout/summary of all the fees, taxes, etc. that were included in determining his "out-the-door" price. Expected and would have liked more transparency from him. More
