After purchasing over 30+ cars from various dealerships in the past 10 years, Infiniti of San Antonio is one of the best that I have been to. I am so disappointed that I did not look at these reviews before heading to the dealership. I drove from Austin TWICE to look at a Jeep that has been on their lot for sometime now, and I now know why. My boy before heading to the dealership. My boyfriend went and looked at it and loved it but since it is my vehicle, he did not go over any financing until I was present as well. Upon arriving the second time the salesman, Chris, was great! He was respectful and was honest when he didn't know the answer to my questions rather than BS'ing me. I was willing to go into finance and walk out with the Jeep that day, if the numbers made sense. That's where things went bad. They offered me initially 37k for my 2020 Tesla Model 3 which is retailing for over 47 and can private party for over 43. When I declined it and said that I would sell private they then offered me 40800. Still not enough. Here comes the kicker though, they tried telling me that the GPS fee was almost 3k!! but that it included the reconditioning fee. HAHAHA! I told him I didn't want the GPS and that if they want to charge me a reconditioning fee I will charge them what I am paying to ensure my 3 is in top condition. It's only fair right? Do not charge me a fee for getting the car sale ready, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard and then try to tell me that all dealerships do it?? I have bought many vehicles, worked in cars sales and finance and have family with 20+ years of car finance under their belt. I am not stupid and they sure tried to make me feel as though I was. The used manager came in and the I explained this to him he explained then that the 3k fee was JUST GPS. And tried saying the GPS was pre installed and they couldn't take it off. I told him that's not true, Jeep didn't just happen to put on the SAME system they put on all their other cars. And his reply was " I am not taking it off, thanks for coming in." Clearly this dealership does not care about customers and only cares about their back end profits. Good luck on selling a Jeep that has a 3k GPS system that isn't any better than my $30 AirTag. More

They listened to ME! What a refreshing concept! Of course the sale is important, but they were mindful of my requests and feelings. The process was convenient and I appreciated the communication.
