I’ve always had an outstanding experience with Rivera Toyota. I met Ersilia Mercurio several weeks ago during a routine service for my 2020 RAV4 hybrid. She approached me and told me about an incredible offer she could give me. At first I honestly thought that they just wanted to sell another vehicle, however, what she and the general manager proposed… Was an offer that I could not pass up. She ordered me a brand new 2023 RAV4 hybrid XSE. I was given an incredible trade in value for my old vehicle. Throughout the entire transaction… I sensed a great deal of honesty from her and the rest of the staff… I am now driving a beautiful, brand, new vehicle with many upgrades. I truly believe that Rivera Toyota’s goal is to develop relationships with every single customer and look after them every single step of the way, including the meticulous attention performed by their service department. I came into Rivera not knowing where to start and afraid that the market was still too crazy to buy anything. I sat with the salesperson Brandon and he literally made the process easier than tying your shoe that the market was still too crazy to buy anything.
