Kenny was an excellent dealer! Walked in, got straight to the point, let us test drive and gave us a great deal. No b.s. sales techniques and pointless waiting. I spent over 2 hours in each dealership I went the point, let us test drive and gave us a great deal. No b.s. sales techniques and pointless waiting. I spent over 2 hours in each dealership I went to and felt unsure about the car I checked out. I walked into Wantagh Mazda and was out in a half hour and knew that was the car I was going to buy. Kenny Davis introduced himself with a big smile. I was offered donuts and felt instantly welcomed. Kenny was great, and answered every question; this was impressive because I had a long list. He sent me o offered donuts and felt instantly welcomed. Kenny was great, and answered every question; this was impressive because I had a long list. He sent me out on a test drive and gave me a fair price for my trade in. I mentioned a few other cars I was looking into, including a Kia. Kenny said I could look at other cars, but I would be back because a person can find nothing better than a Mazda. I test drove the Mazda 3 hatchback before I left, and was smitten. There are so many great details. I loved the sunroof and Bose speakers. It's pickup is amazing for a 4 cylinder. After my first visit I test drove a few other cars, even one with a back-up camera which the Mazda did not have. Some cars I tried had fancy extras, but I kept thinking about how the seat in the Mazda3 was built for me. I went back and had a second test drive. It has an amazing turning radius, which is something I was worried about after having driven an old Mazda6. I got all the extras I wanted- mud flaps, automatic start, and a tray for the trunk. Plus, Mazda loyalty rocks! They have great deals if someone in your family owns a Mazda (my dad does). I was taken care of, and they even washed two cars so I could better choose which color was right for me. This attention to detail confirmed I made the right choice. I bought the Mazda3 Hatchback in Velocity Red and I couldn't be happier! I vote Wantagh Mazda for great service, deals, and staff! More

This is our 2nd Mazda purchase from Wantagh Mazda. The reason we came back is because of the experience we had the first time. They took very good care of us then and we knew we would be taken care of thi reason we came back is because of the experience we had the first time. They took very good care of us then and we knew we would be taken care of this time. Began the process on the internet and Joe was very responsive. When we were finally able to get to the showroom Joe was busy with another customer and instead of keeping us waiting Ken took over and was a tremendous help. He took very good care of us. Would definitely recommend and go back. More

My wife and I had visited this dealership after visiting another dealership in the area and doing some price comparisons. Victor was very polite and helpful. We decided to go back to the first dealership as another dealership in the area and doing some price comparisons. Victor was very polite and helpful. We decided to go back to the first dealership as we thought we were getting a better price. When it came down to signing on the bottom line, the other dealership had what I call "ghost" numbers. Additional costs here and there. The deal eventually fell through with the sales manager there. We then decided to go back to Wantagh Mazda. Victor was off for the day but Kenny (whom I have nicknamed Brotherly Love) was willing to help out and showed us the car my wife was interested in. He said he would pass it along to Victor that we had returned. We then went in to see Victor on his return. Victor then introduced us to Joe the sales manager and he and I went back and forth on a price. One thing I must say, Joe was very professional in the negotiating process. Not once was he rude or arrogant in the process. We came to an agreement and my wife left them a deposit. NO HIDDEN COSTS. NO NONSENSE. We picked up the car a week later. They had the car ready and all the paper work in order. This, by the way is our first Mazda. Chances are we will be back there in a year or two to replace our minivan. (Binghamton Express, our daughter is in college.) Our only problem with the car is that my wife can't stay off that gas pedal! It's all Zoom Zoom. Gonna have to buy a second radar detector. Would I recommend them to a friend? Yes. More

My daughter came into the showroom ready to look at and buy a car . She walked into the showroom on a Wednesday afternoon and there weren't any customers there but her. None of the four salesmen on the f buy a car . She walked into the showroom on a Wednesday afternoon and there weren't any customers there but her. None of the four salesmen on the floor approached my daughter to help her. She walked over and started talking to a salesman, who was Kenny Davis. After expressing interest in a car, Mr. Davis was rude and unprofessional, questioning the age of my daughter. (She looks young for her age) He told her he wouldn't talk any "numbers" with her about the car and told her she could take it for a test drive. Her license was given to him and he tossed her the keys and told her he "had money to make" and walk away. The car was test driven and she did like it, but again upon returning to the showroom she was ignored and there wasn't any salesmen who was professional or helpful. My daughter left and took her business elsewhere to a Volkswagen Dealer in Hicksville. The salesman Joe couldn't have been more professional, showing my daughter everything about this car she needed to know. Wantagh Mazda should be ashamed of themselves for discriminating against someone just because they look young. Every person who walks into the dealership is a potential customer and should be treated with respect.. What a terrible experience my daughter had. She took her college graduation money and her earnings to a place of business that wanted to work with her. Myself and my husband who own many businesses will never do business with them in the future. More

We are return customers. Purchased our first Mazda two years ago and had an easy experience, so we retured to see Kenny again for our second vehicle.
