Very efficient and friendly upon driving in. Didn’t especially like the construction situation at Wolfchase HONDA. Long walk back inside but wasn’t horrible. Waiting was abit too long. I would have recommended fully until this last service. Yes, Wolfchase Honda Service is under construction. My bad experience had nothing to do with that fact. From the get go I felt like I was being sold unneeded service. I agreed to the transmission serice. He said it would be 89.99. OK I said. I was charged $20 more, which I disputed and was given the discount. I wasn't told it would also be an almost $50 labor fee. As with the changing of my windshield wipers. I wasn't told of the labor. I spent more than $100 that I was not prepared for. Then I went to clean my windshield on the way home to Jackson TN. There was no fluid to clean the windshield. Wolfchase has never forgotten that before in the 4 years I've owned this car. I checked the "check list". it said my windshield fluid had been checked and all was OK. Not true. It was empty before I got there and empty when I left. I got home on a Saturday and did not drive again until Monday. I found my battery was dead. I had to call AAA. Then 2 days later the same thing happened. It is hard to believe my battery problem wasn't caused by the worst service ever received at Wolfchase. I've always come back to where I bought the car. I think now I'll stay in Jackson. VERY disappointed. More

Updated software. Still making noise and now video is goofing up again. ...so heading back for 4th time for These odd electrical issues. I’d avoid the Pilot until they solve these problems. Service center did the headlight DRL TSB quickly. Kenneth Jones ensured that the defective headlight was replaced quickly and under warranty (TSB).
