KEN EGLE is the most DISHONEST employee they have. Do NOT give him any of your business. KEN EGLE has ZERO INTEGRITY and is straight up LAZY. He will NOT look for a vehicle and will forget you exist the mome give him any of your business. KEN EGLE has ZERO INTEGRITY and is straight up LAZY. He will NOT look for a vehicle and will forget you exist the moment you leave that building. KEN EGLE is the reason why I may NEVER BUY a FORD again. I have been a FORD Owner since 1992 and I refuse to give FORD a single dollar because of KEN EGLE. Ken Egle you are a terrible representative for FORD. I have been loyal to Red McCombs West and Mr Henry Finley since 2009. I've always trusted Red McCombs upper management and leadership therefore I placed my trust in you Ken Egle. You failed to do your job and you cost me the opportunity to order a 2021 Superduty Truck. More
