Ken definitely demonstrated his ability to work well under pressure as I had to be out of the dealership by a certain time and he handled everything beautifully. The dealership was very clean and inviting. The staff looked happy and appeared to work well together. I observed other customers receiving the same attentiveness and care such as myself. I have already told my friends and family about my great experience. Keep up the good work. More

From the very beginning, they helped set up test drives and made sure what I was interested in was available to drive. Kenny was great at explaining all the features of the cx3 and cx5. He worked with me when I wasn't feeling the cx3 and decided that the cx5 was the car I really wanted to drive off with. Each sales or finance person I came in contact with was super friendly and accommodating. It felt like buying from family, they were that awesome. Kenny even went out of his way to deliver my new car-freshly detailed and washed, to my friend's home near by because he knew coming back to the dealership was out of the way going home. Great place, great experience! I definitely recommend this location if you want a mazda! More

KEN was right there when we decided on the 2014 RAM 1500. Garrett processed the financing in record time and I left with it in in less time it took me to test drive and decide which one I wanted. No literally - Ken is the BOMB.com !!!! Could not have been more happier with my experience with Ken at Heritage Mazda in Bel Air. He explained everything up-front, explained the quote another dealership offered me in full detail, and presented me a very informative, factual, and most importantly GREAT offer. I accepted the offer and was able to purchase the EXACT car I was hoping for. Everything after that was quick and smooth - he made sure I had everything ready for the signing appointment. Even when I forgot a paystub, he actually drove my girlfriend home to pick it up while I was still signing (killing two birds with one stone)... unbelievable service!!!! The best part is after everything was official - I asked him to hold up a custom made t-shirt that says "I am the Bomb.com" and we took a photo in front of my new car - you can check it out on the Heritage Mazda Bel Air Facebook page. No surprises @ signing - just the same great, reliable service from when I first walked in, and last stepped out. Good laughs too! Date night (and day) turned into 2 car purchases We weren’t sure we were ready to buy a car yet but we happened to be kid free (they were with the grandparents) and so we decided to go look around. We weren’t sure we were ready to buy a car yet but we happened to be kid free (they were with the grandparents) and so we decided to go look around. We met Ken Skidmore. on the lot and he was very kind. He listened to us and allowed us time to think through everything. We test drove a Mazada 3 and loved it. Ken was not pushy at all, as was my experience with car salesmen before. So then we test drove a Mazda CX5 and loved it, too. Then we got to meet Devon Giddings, who was assisting with answers to our questions and his humor was wonderful. He joked about random things and this made us feel right at home. We took a long time to think through everything and then we decided, ok, let’s look at the numbers. Then we met Chris Wilhelm. He used to play football and he was also serious about arm wrestling but his demeanor was gentle and thoughtful. I did not get the sense at all that he does this every day all day. He took his time and considered everything we were saying as if we were his first and only client that day. As we also took our time thinking through the numbers (which was refreshing because no one was pushy at all) the day slipped away from us and it was agreed we would come back the next day. That’s when we met Ken Arment and were immediately impressed. He took the time to go through the forms with concise but thorough explanations and he also patiently answered our many questions, too. After the initial paperwork was done we then met Ryan Lueckert and he had highlighted all of our forms ahead of time to make for a quick of a process as possible. He was personable and had great stories to share as well. That’s how we found out about Chris’s football and arm wrestling days! Then we wrapped up our second long night with a wonderful overview of both cars from Ken Arment, who paired our phones and reassured us we could call at any time for even the smallest question like what does this light on the dash mean. I must say what started out as a strange date night (and day) choice turned into an absolutely wonderful car buying experience. More
