Kennedy did everything he possibly could to meet me at my desired price and he did everything to make sure I drove away happy- even after the sale had been made. This demonstrates someone truly dedicated to customer care, even after he knew I had purchased the car. This dealership is unmatched. I had been shopping around for a few months, and no dealership or salesperson had been so helpful. They really go above and beyond for their customers. I could not have prayed for a better experience I was not very sure that I was buying a car when I first walked into herbs, honestly I walked in just to compare prices with other dealers. I was greeted by Kennedy, not even 30 seconds later I felt like I was talking to my best friend, the guy did not stop smiling or laughing on top of that very professional. When he was showing me around he made me feel like he really wanted to help me find the best car for the best price. I don't normally trust people very fast but he was just awesome. After I saw the Camry that I wanted it was a budget issue, that is when Michael stepped in and was really trying hard to make me the best offer possible, but he did not just wanted me to get a car he was trying to make me feel comfortable. When I asked him to speak to the sales manager, he did not hesitate and that is when I met Imad, he had me believing that he was a manager just by the professional way he was carrying him self, friendly, respectful, professional, kind and honestly I don't know what else to say to describe him. On top of all of that he made me the best offer, not only I could not resist, I could not believe my ears of how great he number was. It was my first time and definitely not my last, on top of that I will recommend the place to every one I know. More

He answered every question we had and went over every little detail from top to bottom and made sure we were very sure about everything before we signed our paperwork the finance person was great and very efficient he and Kennedy made the process painless and at the end we left with two brand new Toyotas one Rav 4 XLE and a Carrola and they are a very bright metallic blue we sure do stand out in our neighborhood . We did enjoy working with Kennedy and his fine team at Herb Chambers in Auburn and if you find yourself in need of a new or used vehicle go or come on down to Herb Chambers and look up Kennedy or any of the fine salesman and they for sure will work with you and give you the best deal possible . Unfortunately during the process of getting the vehicle ready to take off the lot it got damaged (bumper and panel on passenger side). They redeemed themselves by fixing the damages and also the brakes in a timely manner for us to enjoy the vehicle. More
