Previously I have leased several cars and bought several cars, all Corollas, all at Herb Chambers. When I went to the dealer and told them what I wanted, I was directed to Kennedy Lidonde. He put me at ease and was really interested in helping me. Kennedy didn't try to sell me a car---he made it possible for me to buy a car at a price I could afford. After test driving several Corollas, I chose a silver 2013 Corolla and I couldn't be happier. I can understand why Kennedy was chosen Salesman of the Month for October. I can't thank Kennedy and Herb Chambers enough for the help they gave me when I really needed it. I have always told friends to go to Herb Chambers for caring people, quality cars, and at an affordable price. More

They have a fantastic staff that is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Kennedy Lidonde is an excellent salesman not just looking for a sale but to make sure all customers are extremely happy with the vehicle they are purchasing. Andi Xhacka sold us 3 of the 4 cars we purchased and was promoted to finance which was nice to see as he is also very eager to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire financial process. Andi, though in finance, is not out to upgrade your package but to make sure you feel comfortable with your payment and getting you the best APR possible as well as any additional coverages that may be needed for your specific vehicle and will tell you if he feels a coverage is worth it for the particular vehicle you are purchasing. Imad Benelkour was in finance for the first 3 cars purchased and for the 4 car was promoted to management. Imad is a fantastic asset to the company and was also extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. He makes purchasing a new vehicle truly enjoyable and fun yet still highly professional. He is a perfect balance of what is needed and expected when purchasing a vehicle. If it were not for Imad and Andi 3 years ago I think we would have shopped around before going back to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn but because of them we knew we would get the experience and deal we were looking for which is why going back this time was such an easy decision. They offered the best price and the most for my trade in. The price of my new suv minus my trade in equalled out to be the lowest number by far. I love my 2015 sr5 premium 4runner. Good gas mileage for a suv that sits high on a truck chasse, very smooth ride and a beautiful interior. Dan, kennedy and stephane could not have been nicer. The whole process, even signing the paperwork was made so easy and quick, yet they explained everything and answered all my questions. I live an hour from the dealership and it is well worth the drive. Their actions show that they care, they understand ur going to spend hard earned money so they make sure ur informed on every detail and that the car u buy is the right fit for u. More

I had a horrible experience across the street at Herb Chambers Hyundai, but my faith was full restored the minute I walked into the doors here! He takes the time to go through everything and to make the customer feel that they are not just a sale. My wife and I had purchased a Toyota Sienna in 2012 and were very happy with it. A while back we decided to trade it in for a newer model, we went back and forth with the "Let's Make a Deal" process with Kennedy and the Sales Manage, Emad (who by the way is a very professional and courteous gentleman). I just wish they would cut to the chase and sell the vehicle instead of the back and forth (we spent 8 hours there that day), But again Kennedy put the time in with us and made sure all questions were answered and not once did he use pressure tactics as many other dealers and sales people do. I did have an issue at the dealership though (nothing to do with the sales staff) and Dan Bortolussi had to get involved. Dan took an unpleasant situation and turned it around, I wasn't expecting the outcome we had and what Dan did satisfied both my wife and I. He showed us that they actually do care about their customers. Dan even gave our three children plush Toyota "teddies". I definitely recommend Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, and they are and will my families dealership for years to come. Herb Chambers has put together a great team in Auburn, thank you for everything. I Just purchased my second Toyota from Kennedy Lidonde whose friendly enthusiasm is matched by his patient attentiveness which he maintained in both visits in what was hours of inspecting, discussing, negotiating, and completing new car purchases. During this past visit he and sales manager Michael Demer worked with me (not against) me to make sure I succeeded in getting just what I wanted for the best price they could reasonably give. I am a polite but very demanding, thorough, and well-researched customer with large purchases such as these and have been met with impatience and unwillingness to accommodate or negotiate at some other dealerships. However I am unlikely to have to worry about other car dealerships anymore as I will be returning to Kennedy and the great team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn for my future purchases and likely some of my friends and family will soon follow and do the same. I myself was referred by a friend and now I see why. Thanks to Kennedy and the Herb Chambers team for perfectly satisfying a hard to satisfy customer! More
