Recently my long-time service rep (Craig) retired, and since then I have been assisted by Justin, Kenya (Kenia?) and Danny. All the Volvo personnel are professional and helpful, including the drivers for Valet Service (Pedro, Johnny and one other, whose name I don't have), an option I especially appreciate during this pandemic. More

I shopped around for 6 weeks and wasn’t sold on Volvo. But 2months since purchase, I love my car and couldn’t be more relieved that I have Lindsay Volvo service and support. They replaced a recall part and squeezed me in for a new tire when I hit a DC sewer curb. I considered CarMax and other dealers and even new cars but Lindsay Volvo pre-owned was price competitive (a few hundred dollars higher for comparable cars) — and Dionte was responsive, polite, and not pushy (a rarity). Also, the service dept since purchase has been accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend Lindsay Volvo! More

One of the reasons I want to share my experiences with Tim Brown as an outstanding representative of Lindsay Volvo. I know that whether I visit the dealership or make a phone call to the Alexandria location, Tim will anticipate my automotive needs and always give me excellent advice. In my opinion, he should be promoted at the earliest opportunity, as well as, be assigned the important responsibility of training all of the new employees! More
