Kendall Taylor, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable about everything I wanted in a car and made the sales process surprisingly easy. Josh Kelley was very convincing about which add-ons I needed when it came time to sign paperwork, and he got us a much better rate than the one pre-approved through our long-time bank. Freddie Tinkler made the delivery process interesting by explaining in detail every aspect of the car's many "bells and whistles", and it when it came to music choices we were definitely on the same page! This is the easiest process of buying a car that I have ever experienced. Thanks guys!! More

Calm, low pressure experience, outstanding to work with! I think most people have a somewhat natural apprehension about the car buying experience, and in particular how working with sales people at a dealers I think most people have a somewhat natural apprehension about the car buying experience, and in particular how working with sales people at a dealership can make you feel. The truth is, a customer's experience with their salesperson, positive or negative, says a lot about how people perceive their experience with that particular dealership, whether deserved or not. If you have a bad experience you leave feeling like the rest of the dealership must be just as questionable, you leave with a bad impression and are not likely to return or refer anyone you know. Conversely, if you have a good experience, you will not only feel refreshed about their sales culture, but it will spill over into your attitude about their service department, business office and the rest of the dealership as well. After working with Kendall Taylor at Jackie Cooper, I can tell you unequivocally this guy gets it! He understands customer service, he understands people and he understands what it takes to make a customer for life. Kendall was very conversational, very laid back and just down to earth. He was never pushy or rude, but he also did his job and was not afraid to ask me if I wanted to take it for a test drive or keep it for a few hours to see if it was the right car for me. He was patient with me as it took me over a week to make up my mind, and yet the whole time he was looking out for my car and trying to protect it as much as he could, while still being fair to his employer. The truth is, we all have to purchase a car at some point and any dealer can sell you a car. However, Kendall understands that people don't do business with dealers, they do business with people, people they trust. From the beginning, I could tell Kendall was more interested in establishing a relationship and making me feel at ease. Sure, Kendall sells cars, that's what salespeople do, however every dealership needs more people like Kendall Taylor, he was great! I'm confident Jackie Cooper will exceed my expectations in every other way as well. One final compliment to Andy Truman as well, he was not only a very knowledgeable sales manager about the particular Infinity I was researching, but he was gracious enough to stay late on a Saturday night to help me and Kendall wrap things up, and was instrumental in helping us close the deal. There were things I wanted addressed on the vehicle I purchased and he was willing to negotiate with me and help me feel comfortable not only about the price, but about the overall value. Thank you both for all your attention and detail, this is my first experience with Jackie Cooper but it will definitely not be my last! More

I do not normally care for salesmen but they are different. They are not pushy and make you feel welcome. Kendall Taylor was the salesman who helped me. He made the whole process very easy. Also Chuck in the business office was wonderful to work with, made us feel at ease, and did all he could to help us. Professionalism, Friendliness, Willingness to Help. I had to drive to Tulsa from Corpus Christi, TX to purchase my vehicle. I spoke with Kendall Taylor before making the drive and he was more than happy I had to drive to Tulsa from Corpus Christi, TX to purchase my vehicle. I spoke with Kendall Taylor before making the drive and he was more than happy to help me out with filling me in on the vehicle and all questions I had. I'm a young guy and I've had dealers treat me with very little respect and professionalism in the past, thinking I'm not a serious buyer. Kendall did not do this at all. He even took a video of the car and sent it to me so that I could be sure about what I would be buying. The process once at the dealership was smooth and efficient. I have nothing but great things to say about Kendall and Jackie Cooper Imports! More

The sales rep, Kendall Taylor, was very attentive to my description of the featu I was in the market for a vehicle that served a variety of purposes. The sales rep, Kendall Taylor, was very attentive to my description of the features I was looking for and pointed me to a variety of vehicles that might work for me. He was helpful to narrow the field by pointing out details that might have been overlooked without his help. In the process, Kendall was very good to communicate very well, was on time for our appointments, and never 'pushy' or impatient while I took time to consider alternatives. Once I made my decision, I was shepherded by Kendall to finalize the deal with Chuck Griffin in their finance department. Chuck was very well versed in his part of the process, personable and made the financing/contracting process quite pleasant. This is my second vehicle purchased from Jackie Cooper and I will likely go there first the next time I'm in the market for another car. More

Great Customer Service I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Kendall Taylor in Jan. of this year. It was truly an enjoyable experience and I haven't spoken to him since the first co I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Kendall Taylor in Jan. of this year. It was truly an enjoyable experience and I haven't spoken to him since the first couple weeks after getting the car. Last week my car started making a loud noise as the tires revolved so I called the service department. Although they were really helpful and made an appt. for me, a loaner was available until a week from the date I called. Because I didn't feel safe in the car, I emailed Kendall and asked if there was any way he could help me. I teach and therefore have a short window of time that I can take phone calls...I had told Kendall what time my planning period was and asked him to call me. He called ten minutes after my planning had started and told me he was able to get me a car. He told me to bring the car to the dealership after school and he would get me the loaner. When I pulled into the service garage a few hours later, Kendall was there waiting for me. Truly, Kendall sets the bar for customer service. I highly recommend Kendall at Jackie Cooper Imports and the service team as well! More
