This wasn’t so much that we were unhappy or dissatisfied, but because no particular part of the process, or way we were treated, stood out as above average, let alone, exceptional. Attempts to get to know us seldom elevated beyond what felt like a technique to make that sale, that day. That changed when we walked into Klein Honda. First, we ran into Ken Tan. Ken was great to work with, knowledgeable and relaxed with the entire process. He was open and upfront, when requested, with financial information about the vehicle we were interested in. We met John Garling, who stopped by briefly to chat, even though we were not even starting to talk deal. We had set out to visit three Honda dealers (Klein was our first) that day, and follow up on multiple email offers, and we knew we would not be buying that day. However, we returned to Klein the next morning, having visited one other dealer the evening before, to pursue what remained the most attractive proposal. While we still had a few points to work through, our trade in, and some additional options, that we were not interested in, that had already been added to the vehicle. Ken introduced us to Brodie Ryan. We quickly got through the trade and the options and on to a deal. Both Ken and Brodie worked with us to get just where we wanted to be. While we waited for the deal to be drawn up we toured the service facility and chatted with one of the express services techs. On to William Love in finance. Again, a pleasure to work with- excellent explanation of extended warranties and maintenance programs. Our wish to decline was professionally honored. This area has been a problem for us with previous dealers, over and over the finance manager has pressed despite us making our intentions clear. On one previous occasion it went on so long, I had to tell him that if he asked one more time, we were done entirely with the deal. Not so with William, the process was smooth and timely (also not always the case in the past in which we were caused to wait, once for hours), and we were out the door with our new car. We feel we were treated MORE than fairly. We had a great all around experience. Thanks guys! We will be back. More

A great car buying experience!! My wife and I walked onto the lot and were greeted by a friendly salesman named Ken. We told him what we were looking for, and in less than 5 minutes My wife and I walked onto the lot and were greeted by a friendly salesman named Ken. We told him what we were looking for, and in less than 5 minutes we were on a test drive. Upon returning, we met Raj and worked out the numbers for the final price. The price was fair, and it was a low stress transaction. We drove our brand new 2014 Honda Civic home in less than 2 hours. Thanks Klein Honda for the BEST car buying experience of our lives! More
