This included a review of vehicles we were interested in, a drive of the one selected with Ken Rothe, Sales Consultant. After the return to the Dealership, Ken answered any questions we had, obtained the trade in value for our 2010 Tucson, and obtained needed information from us. He introduced us to the Finance Representative, Kyle Stark, for completing the purchase. When finished, Ken had the Tucson readied for us and helped us to transfer items from our 2010 to the 2017 Tucson. Ken completed a very thorough overview of the features of the new Tucson, helped with Pairing of Phone. This purchase was accomplished so efficiently because of the well qualified Sales Consultant and Finance Manager. The Dealership should be extremely pleased with Ken and Kyle for not only their excellent qualifications but for the friendly, courteous and pleasant interaction with new customers. More

I had been looking for a new car so I decided to look while I was waiting. Ken came out and I told him what I was looking for and my price / payment range. He show me the car I bought rather quickly. I can't tell you how REFRESHING it was to have him ACTUALLY listen to what I was looking for ( as far as options and price.) I had told him a little about my last attempt when looking for a car and it wasn't very nice. Ken was GREAT and made my experience the BEST EVER!!!!! I can't sing his praises enough He's a WONDERFUL asset to your team... Again thank you for making my car purchase easy and VERY relaxing. Most relaxed car buying experience ever!!!! I have purchased a dozen cars over the years and I have never experienced such a relaxed environment! Tom Scheurn the GM came out to greet us and introduced us to Ken Rothe. From there Ken was attentive but not pushy and he could read what my needs/expectations we’re. Donald Vanden came out to explain how a lease worked vs a purchase and was very helpful. Kyle Stark answered my questions and made sure I was happy with the final price. Lastly,John Henzig stopped by as he recognized me from a recent service I had on my Hyundai Genesis. He helped me with a recall on the ABS Brake System and recognized me to say hi and see how my brakes were doing. Can’t say enough about this team and I am looking forward to my next car purchase/service at San Tan Hyundai!! More
