The employees seem happy and are in sync with each other. I had a stress free purchase of my VW Atlas. There were no tricks and no push to buy extras but they are available. I honestly have recommended this dealership to friends and family. I have purchased parts and the same positive results resulted. I lost my registration card and it was replaced gratis as a courtesy. Last week the body shop replaced my windshield and provided a rental from the in house car rental. Every bodyshop/rental interaction was easy as well. I have worked at car dealership and bodyshops and had my own business for years and this is a quality business. Thank you Mike Kelly More

Purchased a Volkswagen Jetta I took my 2009 Passat with 177,000 miles on it in for service. It need more work than the vehicle was worth. I spoke with Ken in the service center. He was extremly kind, patient, caring and honest with me. Ken was very knowledgeable and informative about my vehicle and my options! He saved me from making a poor decision. Which I am so greatfull for!! Ken referred me to Matt in the sales department who was amazing as well! I had never purched a vehicle from a dealership before so I was kind of cluess to the whole process. Matt explained everything in detail to me and showed me all the break downs of purchasing a car. He answered every question I had. He found the exact car I was looking for along with the price I was able to pay! The whole proscess was fast and easy! Matt honestly cared about my situation. He is trustworthy, honest, kind and I would never look for another dealer again! He was Absolutly wonderful!! I also worked with Jason H. in finance he as well was just as kind, informative, and honest with me! I would recommend Matt, Ken and Jason H to any one I know. They really helped me when I needed it and I'm so Thankfull for them! More
