The car has performed flawlessly, and the dealership is the best I have ever dealt with in my more than 40 years of automobile ownership. The service waiting area is really comfortable, they even have a small café. The dealership is always clean, the people that work there are always friendly, you can tell they are all proud of their family owned dealership. More

Over all of those miles, almost every bi Throughout the last decade-plus, my family has put over 300-hundred thousand miles on our two A-1 Toyotas. Over all of those miles, almost every bit of service was done at A-1—from oil changes and tune-ups to thunks, clunks and timing belts. Never had to worry about the quality of the work. Never felt pressured to make a decision, and always felt confident in the knowledge and trustworthiness of the staff in any part of the building. When it was time this spring to add a newer Highlander to our family, I knew I'd look no further than A-1. And, as in the past, it was the right decision. This time in sales I had the pleasure of working with Quincy Smith. Always available, and quick to respond to a text, email, or phone call, Quincy is a careful listener. He was patient and helpful throughout—even with my puzzled questions about the significant display differences, choices, and challenges between my old and new Highlanders. Quincy has been no exception to my positive A-1 experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Quincy and those with whom I worked closely on this last purchase to anyone. And that goes for A-1's service, too. They've always given me their best, and I thank them for the peace of mind it has given me. More

Always a smooth process As a graduate student I wanted to treat myself to a special gift. I googled car dealership in the New Haven area and A-1 popped up. This was my first stop in buying my first brand new car. The experience was smooth and no hassle whatsoever. A year later I still go for my checkups and it's like the first time all over again. The staff is phenomenal there!! They've always been welcoming with bright smiles and very engaging in conversations. They're always ensuring that I was comfortable even if your just waiting for an oil change. There is no other dealership like A-1 Toyota. I have and will continue to recommend this place to any and everyone. More

Another happy experience at A1 This was my 5th car purchase at A1 Toyota. That is not to say I particularly enjoy buying cars. I don't! Fortunately, Quincy Smith been there every time and made the process straightforward, quick and even, at times, enjoyable. He was the same guy this time as he was the first time I met him 8 years ago. The entire staff at A1 is dedicated to the customer. And it helps to have a great product to sell and support. More
