This was my first time buying a car that fit my needs. My experience with Valley Honda was different from start to finish. Ken spent time discussing the different vehicles and was patient in test driving multiple styles until I felt confident in which one would be the best fit for me. I went in thinking I wanted another small SUV and left with a blue Honda Civic. Everyone I met along the way was very kind and there was a lot of laughter and joking through the process. I can’t say enough about how patient and fun Ken was while test driving cars and working out the lease options. I won’t be buying/leasing cars anywhere else. More

Picked up our 3rd car from Valley Honda today. Alway fair, straight forward and great to do business with. Steve and Ken made the process easy and was very happy to head home with a new Pilot. My husband and I are super seniors, both 77 years old and above, and this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. This is the second Honda Pilot we have purchased. My husband took our Honda Pi above, and this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. This is the second Honda Pilot we have purchased. My husband took our Honda Pilot to the dealer we purchased our car from to have the oil changed. He was told it would be at least a three hour wait. He then drove to Valley Honda and the oil was changed in less than an hour. We were in the market for a new 2020 Honda Pilot and decided to give Valley Honda a try and boy did we have a great experience. Our salesman, Ken Negley, was knowledgeable and gave us fantastic customer service, going above and beyond in every aspect of car buying. The entire staff at Valley Honda made sure all of our questions were answered before we left the dealership with our new Honda Pilot. If you visit Valley Honda make sure and ask for Ken Negley. You won’t be sorry! More

I have to say, This was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a new car. I’ve dealt a lot with Honda dealers near me. And I will say valley Honda is definitely worth the drive. I called during the week because I had a few questions. Ken answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable on the different models I was interested in. I like the fact that he’s kind of a no pressure type of guy. I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Ken had the three cars I was interested in waiting for me to test drive when I got there. I asked him a lot of different questions Mileage , Different motors ,hybrids,LX, EX,EX touring he explained it all . He even did yearly mileage calculations. I decided to go with the insight, very beautiful car. I feel like I got a great price. Ken showed me all the bells and whistle‘s I could put on it. And I did put a few. It wasn’t till we were all done and I took delivery of the car that I found out it was Ken’s day off which I kind of felt bad about because I took quite a bit a time asking questions .I did go in with preapproved financing so I did not have to hold my breath like I usually do. The service department is huge and clean. A lot nicer than other Honda dealers I’ve dealt with. This is my second car I’ve bought from Valley and I’m sure I will be back to buy another. More
