Excellent Service My husband and I have purchased/leased over 10 Infinity's over the course of 13 years. We keep going back to Norwood Infinity due to the hassel free s My husband and I have purchased/leased over 10 Infinity's over the course of 13 years. We keep going back to Norwood Infinity due to the hassel free sales process with Eric Amoah and Ken Hubbell. Additionally, the service department staff really make it easy to have any repairs and oil changes done. without worrying that I will be charged more than the estimate given. Nigel makes sure that I am kept informed at all times. I've dealt with so many in service over the years - Anthony Chirico and Anthony Tippett stand out. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it and that's what keeps us coming back. More

Nicest Service Department From the time I drove in to the momewnt I left with an Infinity Loaner I was treated respectfully and felt like Nigel and several technicians had only From the time I drove in to the momewnt I left with an Infinity Loaner I was treated respectfully and felt like Nigel and several technicians had only me on my behalf. I had a bad accident the day before and went to Nigel to ask him what to do. He had the QX60 on a lift as 2 technicians did a thorough exam. I was given a loaner and was told Nigel would call me latter in the day. He called as promised and said there was a lot of damage and he would deal with adjuster. He met with the adjuster, got an accurate quote and had my car towed to the body shop I requested. As a woman, often we are taken for granted but I have leased Infinity's for over 10 years because Ken Hubbell dealt with me directly. Love this dealership. More
