Most Amazing Dealer Experience Ever ~ Mary Mattingly I purchased a Volvo XC 60 from Mary Mattingly and she is by far the most wonderful and knowledgeable sales representative I have ever worked with. Her I purchased a Volvo XC 60 from Mary Mattingly and she is by far the most wonderful and knowledgeable sales representative I have ever worked with. Her attention to detail, follow-up and overall care was and is beyond fabulous. The entire team here at Crown Volvo are beyond wonderful!!!! I am currently in the process of buying another car/SUV with them. I also want to discuss how great the upper management team is as well. I’ve dealt with Derrick and Ken personally and I would highly recommend them to any person seeking a new vehicle.thy are simply amazing, and sincerely care about their clients and customers let service. Pleasurable Auto Purchase After a much prolonged consideration and research of various car manufacturers and models, we went from our Infinity SUV to Volvo's V60 T5 Premier Wa After a much prolonged consideration and research of various car manufacturers and models, we went from our Infinity SUV to Volvo's V60 T5 Premier Wagon. Crown Volvo was our 2nd Volvo dealership and we hit it right not only through our perfect salesman, Josh Tator, but also through the availability of our specific V60. From first contact on the telephone with Josh inquiring about certain vehicles right through to the moment of driving away in the V60 which occurred over a 2 day period, Josh was pleasant, informative, sincere and eager to please. With his guidance and no pressure approach, he guided us into a perfect vehicle. Others as well at Crown made the experience of our purchase go seamlessly and worked well together as a team. Again, Josh Tator, deserves high praise for professionalism and for his willingness to make our investment so pleasurable. More
