WARNING ⚠️ use extreme caution if dealing with this organization. I purchased my truck from them, and the unbelieveable coercive tactics they attempt to use is extremely unethical. I was lied to by Jan organization. I purchased my truck from them, and the unbelieveable coercive tactics they attempt to use is extremely unethical. I was lied to by Janine, their finance person, told the day before my delivery, when I had my bank draft in hand, insurance in place, and a ride arranged etc. that they had gone ahead installed a 3M package on the truck and now if I didn't agree to finance it instead, or pay the additional $1200~, then the deal was off! I had already agreed and contract was set for delivery. So, I phoned my sales guy's manager (Kalvin) and he too said that they would have to peel off the 3M and it could damage it, the cost was mine... so I side stepped and went straight to service and verified first that there had been NO such work done to my truck, in fact they hadn't done any pre-delivery inspection or anything. They were all lying. In the end I talked to the GM (Mike) and my delivery was back on schedule, thanks to my tact and having back bone to stand up for myself - but I hate to think of the number of vulnerable and trusting individuals that have been taken advantage of in this way. When I picked up the truck, they very begrudgingly turned her over to me; not detailed, nor even washed or anything. Get better customer service at dollarama than here. Worst place I have ever handed a huge sum of money to. I wish there was 0 star option. Be careful when dealing with snakes, this organization is writhing with them. More

DAYO has verbally agreed to sell me a RST Tahoe. I had paid my $500.00 deposit and was waiting now on the production of the vehicle to commence. DAYO and his colleagues did not discuss with me that they a paid my $500.00 deposit and was waiting now on the production of the vehicle to commence. DAYO and his colleagues did not discuss with me that they are not going to sell me the car- I found out a 2weeks later when I was checking up. They used the “I needed to trade a vehicle in” card to why they are refusing to sell me the RST. The truth of the matter is, I was using a preferred pricing discount (as to the company I work for had already negotiated with the dealership on their employees behalf) so they did not want to sell me a vehicle for the discounted price. Awful service, horrible customer experience would not recommend. More
