We've worked with Maple Hill a few times since we moved to the area in 2015. Every time, it is a great experience, whether in sales or service. This time, we worked with Kelsey on a needed second car purch to the area in 2015. Every time, it is a great experience, whether in sales or service. This time, we worked with Kelsey on a needed second car purchase. She worked with our budget, matched us with a car that exceeded our expectations, and got us in a new car within 4 days. Working with her has been the best used car purchase I've ever had. Highly recommended!! More

This dealership is extremely friendly and helpful! I have had many poor experiences in the past with car dealerships, but this was not one of them. From start to finish, Kelsey did an exceptional job I have had many poor experiences in the past with car dealerships, but this was not one of them. From start to finish, Kelsey did an exceptional job making the buying processes fun and easy. My situation was a little more difficult than your average deal as I needed a car quick and I live over 3 hours away. Kelsey answered all of my questions quickly and professionally and we were able to make a deal over the phone and get the vehicle within days. When I arrived at the dealership I was surprised by how genuinely friendly everyone was as I’m not used to this type of culture at other dealerships. CB was also an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and personable. Even though I live so far away, I will 100% be using Maple Hill Auto to purchase vehicles in the future! 10 out of 10 would recommend to all my friends and family! More
